Today I found that google web masters tool are not on their place. I don’t think that the server is down. Might be there location is changed.

I never remembered its location i use google itself to search it. As previously google searched for the same URL http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/

But see what I found. I know that google can not commit this sort of mistake. I am finding the correct URL. If you have then comment it here.
